Domestic Shipping

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1-3 working days. Please note this may take longer in busy periods - please look out for e-mails from us. Whilst we cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order once the goods have left our premises, we will help you to trace your parcel wherever possible. We observe Bank Holidays therefore orders may take longer to be dispatched. You will receive an e-mail from us with your invoice, the day we dispatch your order. Any orders, whether placed on a weekend, or during a holiday period, will not be processed until the next working day.

We use Royal Mail 24 hour and 48 hour Tracked Service, please always allow 2 working days for delivery of 24hour Tracked and 3 working days for 48 hour Tracked to your address after DISPATCH (you will receive an e-mail when we dispatch your order).

Unfortunately we have no control over how long your parcel will take to arrive once it leave us.

If you think your parcel is taking too long to arrive, please allow 5 working days for First Class Royal Mail and 7 working days for Second Class before contacting us.

We aim to send out a replacement if your parcel has not arrived within seven days, but expect you to have gone through the usual checking procedures first: checking with neighbours, the local sorting office, your local post office, etc.

Please remember the 24 hour and 48 hour services refers to delivery times after your parcel has been dispatched from us, not the amount of time it will take for you to receive your order from the point of placing the order.


Free Postage and Packaging for all UK mainland orders over £75.00. All orders that qualify and utilise free shipping will be posted via a 48-hour Track service.

Here at Choice Cosmetics we are committed to our customers’ satisfaction, however due to the nature in creating our products in small batches, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on USED or OPENED products. The ingredients in our products are posted on our website. Please read the ingredients list to ensure you are not allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients in our products before purchasing.

We will accept returns on unopened products up to 14 days after it has been received. A refund will only be given on the cost paid for the products, shipping charges cannot be refunded once items leave our premises. Products ordered cannot be exchanged once they have been shipped, a refund will be issued after the product has been returned. We are not responsible for shipping fees on returned packages.

Products must be sent to us in the original packaging (container) and unopened. If the seal is broken we will not accept the return even if the customer claims it’s unused.

14 Days to Return

You have a 14 day grace period to return unopened items in their original packaging with the seal unbroken. This does not affect your statutory rights

Lost/Damaged Products

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, contact Royal Mail to file a claim, we will be happy to assist you with this.

If your package arrived and the product is damaged, please send us an email immediately with a photo included to We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
